Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Winn is a board certified pediatric dentist. Pediatric dentistry is the specialty of dentistry that focuses on the oral health of young people. After four years of college, two to three additional years of rigorous training are required to become a pediatric dentist. This specialized program of study and hands-on experience prepares pediatric dentists to meet the needs of infants, children and adolescents, including persons with special health care needs.

Sedation Dentistry
The goal of sedation dentistry is to establish a safe, relaxing and anxiety-free experience during dental treatment. Sedation is endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. The Kids’ Dentist provides sedation options for your child that range from the use of nitrous oxide or “laughing gas” to general anesthesia in a hospital setting that puts your child to “sleep” during their treatment.

Orthodontics

We are thrilled to offer both Phase I and Phase II orthodontic services for your children. This section will answer many common orthodontic questions that most parents have.
